Transfer Application Process

To Hilltop Middle:

  • Applications available online ONLY, via Campus Portal during the Annual District Transfer Application Window
    • 2021-2022 Application Window not available–visit: Student Support Services for upcoming open enrollment dates and instructions.

 

  • If you did not receive your Campus Activation Key email notification to create your Portal Account to submit your Intra-District Transfer application, you MUST start the process with your  home school to get needed information.
  • A prior transfer approval is a MUST for all students who live outside of the Hilltop Middle and/or SUHSD boundaries. See My School Site Locator and click on the My School Site Locator box to view your home school.
  • Schools are unable to ACCEPT any registration documents without a prior District Transfer Approval, see Transfer Application Process for more information.
  • All transfer approvals are processed at the district level by Student Support Services and not at the school sites.

From Hilltop Middle to Another School:

We will verify the parent/guardian information on file before sending the username by email.

Submit Registration

Due to COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of our community, we are currently doing registrations remotely.  Please upload registration documents to our Submit Registration Forms.

  • Print out one copy of your documents and drop them off in a sealed envelope with your student’s complete name and date of birth on the front of the envelope. Our office will have a collection bin in front of our school main office Monday-Friday from 8:30 – 2:30.

 

 

 

 

Student Withdrawals

To begin your child’s check-out process, Parent/Caregiver MUST complete and sign the Student Exit Confirmation Form and upload it to Request to Disenroll Student from Hilltop Middle.

 

 

Reminder to return all school items as soon as possible:

 

  • iPad (Brick, Cable & Case Protector)
  • Textbooks, Library Books
  • Music Instrument, (if applicable)

 

Use a library cart in front of the main office to drop off school items.
