TRANSFERS

District Transfer Application Window is:

  • All student’s with a current home address located outside of Hilltop Middle School boundaries, regardless of school program accepted to, MUST provide a prior district transfer approval to begin any registration process.

Received a Sweetwater District Transfer Approval

  • Follow the NEW 7th & NEW 8th Graders ONLY registration procedures above
  • REQUIRES a copy of prior district transfer approval to begin resistration process
  • MUST provide registration documentation in person

If Hilltop Middle IS NOT My School of Residence, But I want my child to be a Hilltop Middle School Falcon and Need an Intra-District Transfer

If Hilltop Middle IS My Resident School and I want my child to Attend a Different School and Need an Intra-District Transfer

  • Applications available only only, via Parent Portal Account
  • MUST FIRST begin process at Hilltop Middle to obtain Parent Portal Activiation Key and Student ID Number to submit a request for a transfer
  • Complete a Household Form. Must complete all sections on both sides of the form, and click Here to submit it and begin the process
    • When submitting the OLR/Household Form and Under “Other Student Information” question, please make sure to indicate the name of the school wishing to transfer to
  • It will take up to five business days to review and verify information on the OLR/Household Form before emailing your Parent Portal access information
  • Transfer approvals are randomly selected at the district level and not at the school sites
  • Approval and Non-Approval notifications will be emailed by Sweetwater District Student Services Department by the end of March 2025

Campus Parent Portal is NOT compatible with mobile devices, MUST use a desktop computer or laptop.

Campus Portal System opens starting January 27, 2025

  • Make sure all students attending Sweetwater District are reflecting in your Campus Parent Portal account when completing your 2025-2026 Online Registration (OLR).
  • Only one Online Registration per family

Withdrawing Your Child from Hilltop Middle

If your child will no longer be attending Hilltop Middle, please inform the school as soon as possible, so we could begin the proper withdrawing process and avoid delaying enrollment at the new school. 

  1. My child will no longer be attending Hilltop Middle School
  2. MUST inform the school as soon as possible to avoicd delaying enrollment
  3. Parent/Caregiver MUST complete and sign a Student Exit Confirmation Form
  4. TURN IN completed form in person
  5. MUST provide Parent/Caregiver picture ID, (person who enrolled student in school)
  6. MUST Return all school items:
    • iPad (Including Brick, CAble & Case Protector)
    • Textbooks, Library REading Books
    • Music Instruments – to Music Teacher (if applicable)
